Zenon Kierczyński, Strategia zarządzania zmianą gospodarczą w regionie nowotomysko-grodziskim, red. Ewa Szuber-Bednarz
Building partnerships in modern society is increasingly important for mutual development and cooperation. This is particularly important in the information society. The project, carried out as part of the cooperation of the Mieszko I University of Pedagogy and Administration in Poznan with local government units of municipalities in the Novotomysko-Grodzisk region, was intended to solidify mutual cooperation, unite the community, strengthen the platform for cooperation between local government units and the scientific community. The main objective of the project was to help create a local partnership with the participation of the Starost of Nowy Tomysl and the Mayor of Nowy Tomysl, as well as the Mayor of Grodzisk and the President of the Wielkopolska Chamber of Construction, and to develop a strategy for anticipating and managing economic change to foster the competitiveness of the subregions in technological, organizational and productive dimensions. Subsequently, the intention was to implement the developed strategy with a package of tools designed to make economic growth more dynamic by activating the local community in partnership with local government units and other social partners, taking into account gender equality. The articles collected in this volume are a presentation of the research results of the research team members on the strategy for anticipating and managing economic change.
