Job Responsibilities:
• Performing tasks assigned by the Dean, including reviewing student applications, signing exam papers after completed exam sessions, approving prepared programs for students with Individual Study Plans, signing letters sent to students about potential expulsion, and other student-related matters specified by the Dean,
• Regularly conducting meetings with students to gather feedback on the organization of the teaching process,
• Defining scope, supervising, and analyzing surveys examining student opinions on completed teaching activities (after each semester),
• Preparing programs for new specialties in specific fields as defined by the Dean,
• Utilizing IT systems in teaching specialized and elective subjects,
• Certifying supplements to diplomas on behalf of the head of the primary organizational unit of the University,
• Preparing proposals for new study programs and self-assessment reports for PKA needs.
Our Requirements:
• Master's degree in nursing, with a preferred doctoral degree in medical or health sciences,
• High organizational efficiency,
• Ability to manage people,
• Very good communication skills and ability to build relationships with various organizational groups,
• Versatility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
• Knowledge of processes and understanding of the institution,
• Knowledge of higher education law,
• Experience working at a higher education institution in areas related to teaching.
