On May 28, 2024, the VII National Conference of Student Scientific Circles was held in Krosno (Subcarpathian Voivodeship) entitled. “Research, innovation and passions of a young scientist”. This conference was attended by two first-year students of our university's Faculty of Medicine - Szymon Jęśko-Białek and Sambor Hełka, who are members of the Physiom scientific club.
Each of them presented a scientific paper. The first - Simon received an honorable mention for his work entitled. “Effect of a health-promoting lifestyle on plasma concentrations of soluble receptor for advanced glycation end products (sRAGE) in hemodialysis patients. The supervisor of the student club is Leszek Niepolski, MD.
