Filipiak Babicz Legal is one of the largest law firms in Poland. One of the firm's departments - the Business Law Department - specializes in providing day-to-day services to entrepreneurs, both family-owned businesses and complex capital groups. The firm has been operating on the legal services market for more than 15 years, and its team consists of about 80 employees, whose daily work is centered around values such as partnership, trust and commitment. The #ExpertHouse team is made up of specialists/specialists with many years of experience and passion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support in projects on family foundations,
- Support in projects involving transformations, mergers, divisions,
- Support in the conduct of corporate disputes (including before the court),
- Supporting the firm's clients in the day-to-day operation of their companies and enterprises,
- Analyzing and drafting contracts, corporate documentation, pleadings,
- Active participation in the development of strategies for conducting legal projects,
- Cooperation with other departments of the law firm (in particular labor law, tax law, capital markets, restructuring and bankruptcy),
- Preparation of articles and studies in the field of business law,
- Monitoring changes in legislation and reporting on their impact on clients' business.
Our needs/expectations:
- At least 6 months of work experience in the legal field, preferably in the field of business law,
- experience in the practical application of the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code and the Civil Code, welcome also the Law on Foundations, the Law on Family Foundations,
- Very good organization of work time, ability to work in multiple threads and set priorities,
- Commitment to and responsibility for the tasks performed,
- English language proficiency to effectively conduct projects and professionally build and maintain business relationships with clients.
