Get to know the direction Public administration with elements of quality management
Purpose of study
Participants will acquire professional knowledge useful for civil service work at all levels. They will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with current trends concerning the responsibilities of central and local government, the concept of public service, and the associated principles of transparency and ethical conduct. The course programme covers aspects of quality management and their implications. In addition to legal and administrative knowledge, students will acquire basic economic and managerial knowledge enabling them to manage public funds effectively and oversee the resources used in public administration. Furthermore, students will develop skills in methods of quality assurance within the administration, which will contribute to positive relations between the administration and the local community.

The programme is designed for those employed in public administration, as well as for those whose career prospects lie in working for government and local government bodies in Poland and the European Union, and for those running their own businesses.
Curriculum
The program includes 2 semesters of teaching, consisting of:
- 210 teaching hours. Classes are held in a hybrid format, on average twice a month on Saturdays and Sundays from 8.00 to 18.00, and online via the Zoom platform.
Tuition fees: 10 instalments of 310 zł
The entry fee is 85 PLN
