Management and Organisation in Education

Purpose of study

The aim of the course is to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills required to organise their own work and that of a team, as well as the methods for managing an educational institution within the modern education system.

The programme concludes with the award of a postgraduate certificate, which confirms the holder’s eligibility to hold managerial posts in all types of schools and educational institutions, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 11 August 2017 on the requirements to be met by a person holding the post of headteacher or another managerial post in a state nursery school, state primary school, state secondary school or state educational institution.

Addresses

The course is aimed at current teachers who would like to supplement and enhance their qualifications in modern methods of managing and organising the work of educational establishments, including nurseries, schools and other educational institutions.

Curriculum

The course lasts for 2 semesters and comprises:

• 210 hours of teaching

Classes are held in a hybrid format on average twice a month on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and online on the ZOOM platform.
