Get to know the direction Education law in the management of schools and educational establishments
MODE: HYBRID
Purpose of study
The programme provides knowledge of education law within the context of Poland’s socio-political reality. The programme takes into account aspects of evolving legislation, enabling students to systematise their general knowledge of the law as well as specific issues relevant to the running of educational institutions. The teaching content covered during the course facilitates a better understanding of how the law operates, including in the context of educational activities, an exploration of its sources, and the ability to provide a ‘clear’ interpretation of applicable legal provisions.
Education law in the context of school and educational institution management enables staff to develop the skills required to apply education law effectively. These skills are essential for the correct implementation of the current regulations introducing the education system reform.
The aim of the programme is to update participants’ knowledge and enhance their ability to apply education law effectively and efficiently in the management of schools (educational institutions), as well as to broaden their managerial skills in government and local authority roles within the education system, with regard to their understanding and application of current education legislation.
