Graduates of the Administration degree programme will acquire knowledge of the administration of various government, local government and professional bodies, as well as non-profit organisations, across the different areas in which these entities operate. The study programmes will also prepare students to set up their own businesses. Graduates will be able to apply for jobs in, amongst others, central and local government, the courts and the Crown Prosecution Service, tax offices, the police, the border guard, the fire service, the military police, the railway security service, the customs service, and the municipal (city) police, private investigation agencies, personal and property security agencies, foundations, associations and European Union institutions.

Public Order and Public Administration This specialisation prepares students for careers within public administration. By providing high-quality education in the fields of administrative law and procedure, local government systems, property management, civil affairs and local charges, it trains specialists and prospective civil servants who are aware of the challenges facing modern administration.

This is a challenge for responsible individuals who understand the essence of national security in the broadest sense. Completing this specialisation will enable graduates to operate effectively in situations that affect the safety of people and property. As part of the course, students are introduced to the system of public safety and public order in Poland and the European Union. Graduates understand the processes associated with ongoing social changes and, thanks to their knowledge of specific areas of law, are able to function effectively in situations that affect the safety of people and property.

Human resources management and social security

It enables students to gain an understanding of the subject, the context, the significance and the evolution of human resource management. Graduates will learn about the legal framework and the principles underpinning the social security system in Poland, the principles of effective staff recruitment, maintaining HR records in accordance with applicable legislation, and designing systems for appraising, motivating and remunerating staff. They will also acquire knowledge in the areas of shaping HR policy and conducting HR audits. Graduates will be prepared to resolve organisational and legal issues relating to employment relationships, health and safety at work, social security and administrative matters.
