Information about the Office for People with Disabilities
The Poznań Medical University of Mieszko I in Poznań (formerly WSPIA), through the Office for the Disabled, tries to provide disabled students with appropriate conditions for admission to the university, education and conducting scientific activities. We pay special attention to adapting classes, taking into account the specific needs of disabled people in planning and implementing the didactic process due to the degree and type of disability.
Thanks to the activities of the National Centre for Research and Development, i.e. the “Accessible University” programme, financed from European Funds – the Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme (PO WER), the school is constantly introducing numerous solutions aimed at facilitating the functioning of disabled persons at the university.
The person responsible for the affairs of disabled students of the Mieszko I Poznań Medical University is mgr Małgorzata Biskup – Rector’s Proxy for Disabled Students (pelnomocnik.dson@pam.poznan.pl, room no. 200).
