Recruitment for studies at the Aesthetic Medicine Center

Recruitment for the academic year 2024/2025 begins on April 1, 2024 and ends on September 30, 2024. We only have 20 student places, so the order in which applications are submitted will be decisive. Please complete the form electronically and send it (Preliminary questionnaire for admission to studies) to krzywach@poczta.fm – to the director of studies – Krzysztof Wachal, MD, PhD. In the subject line of the message, please enter: “Preliminary questionnaire for admission to studies in Aesthetic Medicine, 2024/2025”. Please check the receipt of the confirmation of receipt of the message with the submitted preliminary questionnaire. After registration, we will send instructions on the further recruitment procedure. After completing the qualification process, candidates can complete the formal requirements.

We have 20 training places available. If the number of applicants exceeds this number, recruitment will be terminated.

Tuition

The fee for two semesters of study is PLN 12,000 gross. Studies last four semesters. The fee can be paid for one semester or for two semesters, no later than 3 days before the start of classes. The fee for the first semester of studies must be paid no later than September 15, 2024. Failure to pay the fee may lead to removal from the list of students.

Legal requirements

All applicants for the Aesthetic Medicine major should meet the following criteria:

  • have a diploma of graduation from a Medical University or Medical Academy – Faculty of Medicine or Dentistry;
  • have an active license to practice medicine (in the case of a temporarily suspended license or other legal problems, direct contact with the head of the program is necessary).
  • current hepatitis B vaccinations
  • familiarize yourself with the University’s requirements regarding the safety of performing procedures within the Aesthetic Medicine major.
  • have a valid medical insurance policy on the day of commencement of studies, with an option to cover aesthetic medicine procedures

Postgraduate studies in Aesthetic Medicine are intended for physicians who have an active license to practice their profession. Failure to complete a medical specialization or not to start it is not a limitation for starting studies.

The aim of the studies is to prepare our graduates professionally in a way that will enable them to later create their own professional practice in the field of modern aesthetic medicine. That is why we have enriched our study program with classes in medical law, office organization and marketing. We try to ensure that the practical knowledge obtained helps to meet the requirements of market competition.

  • preliminary questionnaire
  • completed application for admission to studies;
  • a photocopy of a diploma (or a transcript) of graduation from a Medical University or Medical Academy (Faculty of Medicine or Dentistry), (original available for inspection)
  • photocopy of ID card (ID available for inspection)
  • photocopy of the right to practice the profession (original available for inspection)
  • student’s declaration of consent to the processing of personal data
  • a current medical certificate confirming your ability to work or the absence of contraindications to studying
  • signed agreement for the provision of educational services (after registration, the agreement is sent to the candidate’s address, after signing it should be sent to the following address: Centrum Medycyny Estetycznej – Dziekanat, ul. Bułgarska 55, 60-320 Poznań)
  • copy of medical insurance policy

We have

  • three treatment rooms, including one new one, opened in 2019, adapted only for conducting classes in the field of aesthetic medicine.
  • training mannequins enabling the simulation of aesthetic medicine treatments.
  • During lectures, seminars and practical classes, students will supplement and expand their knowledge and acquire new practical skills.

Final exam

THE EXAM TAKES PLACE AFTER THE COMPLETION OF TWO YEARS OF STUDY.

Classes at the school are modular, after each completed module graduates receive appropriate credits. After completing the entire studies and passing the exam, graduates receive the title of DOCTOR OF AESTHETIC MEDICINE AND ANTI-AGING.

Completion requirements for two-year postgraduate studies in aesthetic medicine

  • passing all thematic blocks,
  • participation in individual teaching modules and workshops,
  • passing the final exam

Diploma

Certificate of completion of two-year postgraduate studies in accordance with the guidelines specified by the Minister of Science and Higher Education;
