Dr. Krzysztof Wachal, M.D.
A specialist in general and vascular surgery, he is involved in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases, a phlebologist, and a specialist in laser medicine. Performs aesthetic aesthetic treatments and vascular disease treatments, specializes in stem cell therapy for the treatment of underlying diseases and aesthetic treatments, diagnosis and treatment of hyperhidrosis. Manager and founder of the Hyperhidrosis Treatment Center – www.nadpotliwosc.eu. Member of numerous scientific associations and organizations, among others : Polish Society of Wound Healing, Polish Society of Vascular Surgery, Polish Society of Polish Surgeons, Polish Phlebological Society, Polish Society of Aesthetic and Anti-Anging Medicine and others….
Prof. Dr. Hab. Ewa Stachowska
Ewa Wiktoria Stachowska titular professor of physics (specialty experimental physics), employed at Poznan University of Technology, working in the Department of Metrology and Measurement Systems at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Management. Teaching activities related to the subject matter; lectures and laboratories for the biomedical engineering faculty: “Lasers in medicine”, “Medical apparatus”, “Optronics in medicine”, “Modern imaging techniques”. Competence in the construction and operation of lasers and laser measurement systems also for biomedical engineering. Scientific cooperation related to the topics:
- With the team of dr. hab. n. pharm. Krystyna Pienkowska of the Department of Physical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy with the Division of Laboratory Medicine, Medical University of Gdansk – non-destructive, non-invasive examination of human skin using holographic microscopy,
- with Dr. Krzysztof Wachal, M.D., from the Department of General and Vascular Surgery at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences, and Symbiosis (E. Kilian-Pięta) – non-destructive, non-invasive testing of the properties of hydrogel dressings and a series of cosmetics and medical devices on Demodex folliculorum and rosacea using holographic microscopy and optical interferometry,

Prof. Dr. Hab. Katarzyna Pawlaczyk-Gabriel
She is a professor at the Medical University of Poznan. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the then Poznan Medical Academy in 1991. She is a specialist in internal medicine and geriatrics. Since 2015, she has also served as a provincial consultant in geriatrics.
Dr. Marcin Wasylewski
Expert in the field of aesthetic medicine. He graduated with a degree in chemistry from the Jagiellonian University, where he received his PhD in biochemistry. His main professional interest is the study of the biochemistry of proteins and peptides with various functions. He is also involved in neurochemistry and toxicology. He has conducted scientific research at the Jagiellonian University and the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has collaborated with numerous scientific centers in Poland and Europe. Experienced university lecturer in Cosmetology, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Dietetics and Medicine. Fascinated by historical literature and winter sports – ski instructor.
Dr. N. Med. Slawomir Sobieszczyk
Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznan. He specializes in internal medicine, anesthesiology and intensive care, pathomorphology, clinical pharmacology. He holds more than 40 certificates and diplomas (national and international) in aesthetic medicine and liposuction. He completed two years of training in medical aesthetics and anti-aging medicine at the International Center for Anti-Aging Medicine, Association of Aesthetic Dermatologists. He also completed the School of Aesthetic Medicine, European Center for Aesthetic Physicians, and theoretical and practical courses on unfixed human preparations (cadaveric) at the Center for Medical Education. He is a member of The European Society of Intensive Care Medicine, American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, European College of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery. In aesthetic medicine, her main interests focus on liposuction, lipotransfers, the use of biological materials (including stem cells) and non-surgical lifting techniques (including APTOS thread treatments). He works with the Diamond Institute in Pila, Esthetic Solutions in Poznań, among others.
Dr. N. Med. Izabela Pieścikowska
Medical doctor, teaches classes and lectures in histology, embryology and cytophysiology for Aesthetic Medicine majors. Assistant professor in the Department of Histology and Embryology at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences, senior lecturer at the College of Pedagogy and Administration in Poznan at the Faculty of Cosmetology.
Anna Karasiewicz, M.A.
A graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan at the Faculty of Biology, as well as postgraduate studies “Management in health care” at the University of Economics in Poznan. For several years she has been working with Symbiosis Dermatology Center as a Manager. She coordinates the work of administration and medical staff. Responsible for the implementation of new solutions and services in the field of dermatology, aesthetic medicine, podology and cosmetology. Supervises promotional activities and takes care of the company’s image. Specializes in the organization and management of offices dedicated to, among other things, aesthetic medicine. Expert in the organization of human teams.
Dr. N. Med. Katarzyna Mikołajczyk-Chudzińska
She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, where she received a doctorate in medical sciences and the title of specialist in dermatology and venereology. She is a graduate of postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Cosmetology at the Cracow University of Health Promotion. Dermatologist and cosmetologist with many years of experience, member of PTD (Polish Society of Dermatology) and EADV (European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology). She has participated in many national and international congresses in the field of dermatology and aesthetic medicine, including the Congresses of the Association of Aesthetic Dermatologists, as well as courses and specialized training in selected aspects of dermatology, non-surgical facelift and laser techniques, among others. He lectures to students at the European Center of Education and the College of Education and Therapy in Poznan. For many years he has been involved in practical applications of filler materials and botulinum toxin preparations in aesthetic medicine. She cooperates with renowned aesthetic medicine offices.
Piotr Pięta
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (2002). In the period 2006- 2010, he realized preparation for the profession within the framework of the lawyer’s application. In March 2017, he participated in a conference organized by the Polish Association of the Cosmetic and Detergent Industry “Opportunities and Threats for the Polish Cosmetic Industry – 4 years after the entry into force of the Cosmetic Regulation”.
Since 2010, he has run an individual law firm in Poznań. In 2008 – 2011 he taught students of the School of Logistics in Poznan, and in 2010 – 2011 he taught students of the School of Foreign Languages. He has extensive experience in handling medical entities, preparing documentation, creating procedures and regulations in medical entities. As part of legal services, he supervised a grant project of one of the Internet companies – preparation of statistical data of the project effect (Internet Media Group Sp. z o.o. – innovative Internet programs on culture and art, and BPM media Sp. z o.o. – innovative music web portals). Expert in civil law and commercial law, in terms of intellectual property protection, new technologies, as well as issues related to registration and marketing of medicinal and cosmetic products.
Ewa Kilian-Pięta, M.A.
Graduated from the Medical University of Poznań at the Faculty of Physiotherapy, as well as postgraduate studies in cosmeceutical chemistry at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and a degree in cosmetology at the College of Beauty Health and Education in Poznań. She has cooperated with numerous aesthetic medicine offices. Since 2008. President at Symbiosis Dermatology Center, which specializes in dermatological treatment, performing aesthetic medicine, surgery, cosmetology and podiatry. As a physiotherapist, she specializes in physical treatments, especially laser treatments i.e. using laser systems whose chromophores are dyes i.e. 1094nm, 532nm, 538nm, 640-650nm, 808-810nm in millisecond and nanosecond modes, and where the chromophore is water 2940nm-10600nm used in aesthetic medicine. She has developed a proprietary method for laser removal of corns, a modified method for removal of hemangiomas, combined laser therapy for removal of hyperpigmentation, tattoos, and a methodology for handling laser peels. Based on his chemistry training and experience, he is an expert in the application of various cosmetic preparations during aesthetic medicine procedures. With years of experience with skin with rosacea, she has developed a method of “cleansing through exfoliation in Demodex infection” combined with a method of laser correction of telangiectasias.
Richard Wohlgetan, M.A.
Personal Trainer permanently cooperating with the Niku Fitness club in Poznan, Instructor of Physical Recreation in the specialty of Strength Sports and Sports Instructor with a specialty of Alpine Skiing. Holder of certificates from numerous courses and trainings including stretching, mobility and stabilization, sports dietetics, functional training and healthy spine classes. Originator, initiator and founder of a concept called “Wysiłkownia”, bringing together independent personal trainers, physiotherapists and medical coaches, working with numerous dietary offices and specialists in body aesthetics. A sports enthusiast with many years of training experience, loving physical activity and promoting a healthy lifestyle. An avid lover of downhill skiing, as well as a big fan of windsurfing and scuba diving, able to use the skills acquired and necessary in practicing these disciplines on a daily basis, when supporting his clients, not only in the training room. He is an expert in strength training and the arrangement of training, dietary and nutritional plans, and above all in a comprehensive understanding of what is involved in the process of shaping the figure, building such motor characteristics as endurance, strength and speed, as well as a generally understood active and healthy lifestyle.
Agata Jasiczek
26 years of practice in the profession as a dentist, and since 2007 as a doctor of aesthetic medicine. 25 years of self-employment, 2 clinics in Warsaw : dentistry, aesthetic medicine, cosmetology. Experience as a trainer in aesthetic medicine: mesotherapy, fillers, threads, botox, plasma. About 250 trainings held in Poland and abroad. Deputy editor-in-chief of Dental Tribune Cosmetic.
Radoslaw Nazderko, M.Sc.
He graduated from the Poznan University of Technology. He has been involved in Healthcare for 17 years, including over 6 years in Aesthetic Medicine. He introduced HA fillers and the first NICI products on the market. Trainings with renowned specialists and creators of proprietary methods of working with threads allowed him to successfully introduce various products to the market (PDO threads, polylactic threads, lifting threads) His own experience and knowledge of techniques and technical knowledge resulted in the creation of a proprietary treiner (Phantom of the Face) simulating anatomically human tissue. Trainings conducted with its use allow to acquire knowledge and skills even before working with the patient.
Dr. Robert Kasperek
Internal medicine doctor, specialist in aesthetic medicine. In 1997 he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznan. He has been working as an internal medicine doctor for 20 years. Since 2004 he has been involved in aesthetic medicine. In 2006 he graduated from the Postgraduate School of Aesthetic Medicine in Warsaw. He has been running his own aesthetic medicine office for many years. Aesthetic medicine is his passion. He has been involved in regenerative medicine for several years and uses natural regenerative methods in his daily medical practice. He has been training doctors in modern regenerative techniques for several years. He has already trained more than 1,000 doctors. He gives numerous lectures and workshops at Polish and international conferences on Dermatology, Orthopedics and Aesthetic Medicine.
Dentist, Master Of Prostodontics - Aleksandra Smaga
She graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of the Pomeranian Medical University in 1999 and received her diploma and title of dentist, and has been the owner and medical director of Dental Clinic Smaga since 2000. She has many years of experience in the field of smile reconstruction and restoration in the fields of Aesthetic Dentistry, Prosthodontics and Implantoprosthetics. In 2011, she completed the PSI (Polish Implant Association) Implant Curriculum with distinction. Since 2009 she has been a member of PSI, DGOi (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Orale Implantologie), ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists). In 2010, she obtained a certificate of achievement and skills at the New York University Collage of Dentistry . She then completed the International Implantology Education Program – ITI Education Program at the University of BERN in Switzerland. In 2013, she completed two years of postgraduate studies at the University of Siena with the defense of her thesis in Prosthodontics and Implant Prosthodontics, earning the Master of Prostodontics degree. Since 2013, he has been a member of PASE (Polish Association of Aesthetic Dentistry). She has years of experience in modern technologies for smile reconstruction and design – DSD (Digital Smile Design) and from the use of the 3Shape TRIOS 3D intraoral scanner.
Dr. Monika Łącka
She is a university teacher, a specialist in internal medicine, a doctor of facial aesthetics, a trainer in aesthetic medicine and a LEAP (Life Eating and Performance) consultant. She is constantly improving her professional qualifications by attending numerous trainings and conferences at home and abroad. In her practice she deals, among other things, with issues related to aesthetic problems of the skin of the face, as well as the whole body, as well as obesity and the effects of electromagnetic fields. The key issue is the effectiveness and safety of the therapies used, therefore in his work he uses preparations of the highest quality.
