Wybrane problemy prawa krajowego i międzynarodowego, red. Anna Zbaraszewska
Selected Issues of National and International Law is a thematically diverse collection of studies, united by a common denominator, which is the depiction of the dynamic changes currently observable in the broadly understood legal sphere. The authors of the articles have chosen the most significant issues from their perspective across various fields of law, whether domestic or international. Undoubtedly, the dynamics of change are more pronounced in national law, but these changes are also visible in international law, particularly when considering the progressive development of international law as reflected in the analyzed projects of articles authored by the UN International Law Commission.
For organizational purposes, the articles presented in this volume are divided into two groups. The first group contains reflections strictly devoted to various aspects of domestic law. The second group includes issues from areas such as: international state responsibility, international organization responsibility, diplomatic protection, and European Union law.
